Some of Beijing's top hotels will be serving up premium Australian beef, lamb and veal as well as popular Australian beers during the Olympic Games in August.

Some of Beijing's top eating institutions will be serving up premium Australian produce distributed by Elders as domestic and international tourists flock to the Chinese capital in August.

The Kempinski Hotel, the Shangri-La's Blue Lobster Italian restaurant, the Regent's Daccapo, the Grand Hyatt's Da Giorgio, the Kerry Centre and St Regis will all be serving up premium Elders Australian meet during the Games as will the Hilton Hotel, the headquarters for the Australian Trade Commission's Business Club Australia and China World's Aria bar and restaurant which hosts the weekly Australian Chamber of Commerce's Friday night drinks.

Elders is also supplying premium Australian lamb, beef and veal as well as Australian beer to other renowned eateries in the capital including contemporary Japanese restaurant Hatsune, French brasserie Flo, European style Vineyard Café and chic east-meets-west Le Quai.

In April, Elders launched its wine distribution arm in Beijing as well as bringing a variety of pies and sausage rolls from the Aussie inspired Shanghai Pie Company.

However lovers of great Australian produce, wine and beer don't need to wait until the Olympics to enjoy any of these delicacies. Elders is available at selected Jenny Lou's and Hualian supermarkets in Beijing and selected Carrefour and City Shop in Shanghai
