Qualifications:

* PhD in Aquaculture nutrition, health or related field or equivalent experience and a track record demonstrating research capabilities and a knowledge of aquatic animal nutrition, health, physiology and husbandry.
* Research experience and communication ability documented by publication and presentation record required.
* He / She should have experience with development of formulations and production of feeds for experimental trials with aquatic animals and will be expected to develop statistically sound experimental designs, oversee feeding trials with fish and shrimp, analyze data and produce reports, presentations and publications.
* Microbiology and fermentation laboratories will be maintained at the facility and prior experience with microbiology will be considered.
* The position will include supervision of laboratory technical staff, a water quality laboratory and recirculation systems. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
* Candidates must be able to communicate proficiency in English and Vietnamese and competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
