Our client is a top ranked asset management company in China, currently managing in excess of RMB 1500 Billion. Based on their expansion plans and strong track record they are now looking to further develop their business within fund distribution for Southern China.

Our client has already developed a lead in the Chinese fund market with innovative products and services; their funds are some of the top performing in the country. Their foreign partner is one of the leading top tier asset managers globally with extensive coverage across the Asia Pacific. They are now looking for a Senior Institutional Sales Manager person to join their team in Shenzhen and assist with market penetration efforts in Southern China.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Target key institutional customers including SOEs, Finance Companies, Banks & Securities companies, and private companies including high net worth individuals.
• Promote fund products including mutual funds, fixed income, equity products and customized / structured products.
• Co-operate with the team to further build the institutional client pool in Southern China (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hubei and Hunan).
• Provide a high level of service to all clients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Good connections with clients in Southern China.
• Strong sales abilities and performance record.
• Possess a strong team working spirit.
• Strong interpersonal skills, open minded, aggressive and easy to get along with.
• Good relationships with high net worth individuals
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of related work experience
• University graduate ideally with a business related discipline
